Wie in den letzten Jahren wurden im abgelaufenen Kalenderjahr mehrere Übungen gesammelt und sortiert. Diesmal genau 70 Übungen. Herzlichen Dank an den österreichischen Nationalgoalie Thomas Eichberger und an die GKL Goalies Sophie & Theresa für die Mitwirkung!
Gerne können weiterhin die DVDs Goalies 2014, Goalies 2015, Goalies 2016, Goalies 2017, Goalies 2018, Goalies 2019, Goalies 2020 und Goalies 2021 auch bestellt werden: In Kombination kommt man mit allen neun DVDs auf 630+ Übungen.

Diese Themen habe ich bisher behandelt: 6 Kapitel x 9 Editions = 54 Themen.

Like in all the years before a lot of my favourite exercises were collected and put in order: This time you find exactly 70 ideas. Special thanks to the goalkeeper auf our National Team Thomas Eichberger for showing us his favourite strength routine! Also special thanks to the GKL goalies Sophie & Theresa for showing us the coordination drills!
