From July 28 – July 30 there were 27 young goalkeepers in St. Pölten, Austria. They all were trained by following coaches: Herman Breuer (NED), Wolfi Filzwieser, Ina Halm, Natascha Rusnachenko, Stefan Hanko and Coach Filz (all AUT). They trained
strength, coordination, speed, techniques and much more.
Very well done, young keepers!
It was the last tournament together with the Austrian NF98 team. We learned a lot, but we did not score a lot. The picture was from the amazing opening ceremony.

Klaus Feldmann, Alex Acsinte, Rolf Brack, Bojana Jelicic and Peter Kovacs were teaching handball in the end of June 2016. There were themes like numerical superiority, psychology, analysis, beach handball or defense.
On the 11th and 12th of June 2016 there was a great goalkeeper conference, where I lectured. My themes were coordination, speed, technical training, reaction skills and much more.

Heute ging ein sehr großes Paket auf die Reise: 2 Garnituren Dressen und viele Tormannleiberln sind nun unterwegs. Viel Freude damit und alles Gute aus Österreich, Coach Filz.
Today a very big box was brought to the post office: 2 sets of game jerseys and a lot of goalkeeper shirts are now on the way to Kampala. Have fun with it!

Ich habe in den letzten Wochen so viele Sachspenden von so vielen Leuten erhalten: auf diesem Weg nochmals danke dafür!
Heute habe ich drei große Boxen versandt, Kosten dafür EUR 153,00. Nun habe ich noch etwa EUR 77,00, doch noch immer so viele Sachspenden! Ich schätze 10 Kisten a 10 kg wären kein Problem. Also Material Ende nie!
Deshalb mein Aufruf zum Geldspenden: Ich würde mich freuen, wenn ich in den nächsten Tagen noch möglichst viele Kisten nach Uganda schicken kann.

Im Sommer werden Wolfgang Filzwieser und ich ein Camp für NachwuchstorhüterInnen veranstalten. Wir feilen nun schon mehrere Monate an dem Projekt, das von 28. bis 30. Juli im NÖ Sportzentrum St. Pölten über die Bühne gehen wird. Alle Informationen sind unter www.goalie-academy.at zu finden. Das Camp richtet sich an Burschen und Mädchen im Alter von 12 bis 18 Jahren, und wir sind schon gespannt, welche Talente wir trainieren dürfen.
Coach Filz sagt „Hallo Griechenland“. Nach der Einladung zur Handball Konferenz über die Universität Thessaloniki letztes Jahr, ist wieder eine Tätigkeit in Griechenland vorgesehen. In Preveza findet Mitte Juni 2016 ein Seminar für Goalies statt, bei dem ich vortragen und die Torhüter trainieren werde.
